Warranty Policy

Your Coffee Machine comes with a standard 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

 

This warranty covers:

- Internal parts, labour, and two-way shipping (to and from the ELEVENS Coffee).

 

This warranty does not cover:

- External spare parts (these will be charged separately along with shipping costs).

 

Important:

- Please retain all original packaging to avoid damage during return transit. Coffeeza India is not liable for return transit damage if original packaging is missing.

- Replacements, when required, will always be of the exact same model.

 

Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide a direct replacement policy for all machines.

- If a manufacturing defect is found within 14 days from the invoice date, your product will be eligible for an instant replacement.

- The replacement will be shipped only after we receive the defective unit back.

- Machine collection and re-shipping charges will be borne by us.

- Delivery timelines for replacements may vary depending on your location.

- Please contact our Customer Care team immediately if you notice a defect. Our technical support team will first understand the issue before arranging pickup using our courier partner.

 

Exclusions: No exchanges are available on sale items, gift cards, or digital products.

 

Cancellation Policy

- Prepaid Orders: Cancellations are not allowed.

- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Cancellations can be requested within 1 hour of placing the order.

- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
